Compliance

• Check training on Cornell Research Services. At a minimum,
  • CITI Course for COI
  • CITI Course for IRB (note: most of what we do at the Replication Lab is not subject to IRB. After taking the course, do you know why?)
  • CITI Course for RCR
  • May need to also do “Attestation for Policy 4.21 Research Data Retention and Policy 4.22 Export and Import Control Compliance”
• Conflict of Interest forms
  • You will need to fill out the RASS-COI form.

Software

• Check training for Stata and R at CCSS. If none are listed, inquire.
• Check for BioHPC/Linux training at the BioHPC webpage.
• Optional, but possibly (more) useful:
  • Do the Carpentries’ Shell lesson
  • Do the Carpentries’ Git lesson
  • Evaluate the Carpentries’ R lesson

Logins

• See logins needed in general hiring process.
• LastPass: You will need to get a LastPass account.
• [LARS] Share logins for
  • Jira admin account (Atlassian) + 2FA code
  • Codeocean
  • Email for dataeditor and dataeditor-queue
  • Possibly Mastodon and Bluesky.

Jira admin account

• Login as admin (dataeditor@aeapubs.org). Go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security.
• Select “Two-step verification”.
• Disable two-step verification (only way to switch keys).
• Set up two-step verification
• Screenshot the QR code and share with RA, then delete the QR code from the relevant sharing app!
