Tools installed as command-line programs by pip install (see
Installation). They are on PATH on
all platforms, including Windows.

Jira credentials¶
Commands that use Jira read JIRA_USERNAME and JIRA_API_KEY. On connecting,
each one confirms that Jira accepts these credentials, and stops with an error
naming them if it does not (for example, when the API token has expired).
