Current Research Aide [RA] and Data Editor [DE] onboards incoming replacement [R]. Tags identify who can do what.
Prep
- [R] obtains NetID
- [R] activates LastPass
- [R] activates Google Drive account for Cornell

- [RA, DE] Invite to Jira and Bitbucket (see general manual about process)
- [RA, DE] Invite to CCSS Cloud (send email to ccss-researchsupport@cornell.edu specifying the NetID.
- [RA, DE] Request access to the L: drive on non-Cloud systems (may not be necessary)

- [DE] shares password to dataeditor@aeapubs.organddataeditor-queue@aeapubs.orgemail account via LastPass. Access is via https://www.vilhuber.com/aea/
