Current Research Aide [RA] and Data Editor [DE] onboards incoming replacement [R]. Tags identify who can do what.

Prep

• [R] obtains NetID
• [R] activates LastPass
• [R] activates Google Drive account for Cornell

Accounts

Core

• [RA, DE] Invite to Jira and Bitbucket (see general manual about process)
• [RA, DE] Invite to CCSS Cloud (send email to ccss-researchsupport@cornell.edu specifying the NetID.
• [RA, DE] Request access to the L: drive on non-Cloud systems (may not be necessary)

Communications

• [DE] shares password to dataeditor@aeapubs.org and dataeditor-queue@aeapubs.org email account via LastPass. Access is via https://www.vilhuber.com/aea/
• [DE] Add to ldilab@cornell.edu and ldi@cornell.edu (Cornell EGA management)
  • ldilab: “SendAs” and “Access” permissions
  • ldi: “Access” only permissions
• [RA, DE] Add to LDI-Lab-l listserv at https://www.list.cornell.edu/
• [DE] Add [R] as co-host for the ldi@cornell.edu Zoom account (Note: not a regular Cornell zoom account)
• [RA, DE] Add [R] to Slack channel (deactivate upon exit)

Drive space

• [RA, DE] Box Permissions for Office of the AEA Data Editor
• [RA, DE] Add permissions (Content manager) to Google Drive “AEA Data”

• [DE] shares password for ScholarOne/MC Central (which is dataeditor-queue@aeapubs.org) via LastPass
