50_merge-parts.sh - Merge Part A and Part B of the report

Description¶

Combines REPLICATION-PartA.md and REPLICATION-PartB.md into REPLICATION.md, dropping lines that start with > INSTRUCTIONS. It removes the two parts with git rm and commits the result as “Merged report”. An existing REPLICATION.md is overwritten. When either part is missing, it stops with an error.
