17_run_julia_scanner.sh - Scan Julia code for packages

Description¶

Checks whether the deposit has Julia Project.toml and Manifest.toml files, and lists the packages the code uses. When julia is not installed, the script exits without doing anything.

Usage¶

./automations/17_run_julia_scanner.sh <projectID>

Environment Variables¶

• SkipProcessing - When yes, the script exits immediately.

• ProcessJulia - When no, the script exits immediately (the pipeline default is no).

Outputs¶

• generated/julia_toml_chks.md - Which .toml files are present

• generated/julia_pkgs.csv and .md - Packages found by tools/scan_pkg.jl
