09_relist_if_manifest_changed.sh - Re-list files after the manifest changed

Description¶

Re-runs 03_list_data_files.sh and 04_list_program_files.sh when generated/manifest[.tag].txt has uncommitted changes, so the data and program lists match a manifest that was edited by hand or refreshed. When the manifest is missing or unchanged, it does nothing.

Usage¶

./automations/09_relist_if_manifest_changed.sh <directory> [tag] [zipfile]

• directory - Deposit directory.

• tag - Optional suffix of the manifest and the lists.

• zipfile - Passed through to the listing scripts.

Environment Variables¶

• SkipProcessing - When yes, the script exits immediately.
