10_run_stata_scanner.sh - Scan Stata code for packages

Description¶

Runs the Stata package scanner (tools/run_scanner.sh) on the deposit to find user-written Stata packages the code may need. Needs Stata, so the pipeline runs it in the larsvilhuber/bitbucket-stata image.

Usage¶

./automations/10_run_stata_scanner.sh <directory>

• directory - Deposit directory.

Environment Variables¶

• SkipProcessing - When yes, the script exits immediately.

• ProcessStata - When no, the script exits immediately.

Outputs¶

• generated/candidatepackages.xlsx, generated/candidatepackages.csv, and generated/candidatepackages.md (via tools/csv2md.py)
