60_process_restricted_box.sh - Download restricted data from Box

Description¶

Downloads restricted data from the AEA’s Box folder and creates its manifest.

1. Finds the Jira ticket ($jiraticket, then config.yml, then lookup from an openICPSR directory) and asks Jira for the Box folder ID; falls back to boxfolderid in config.yml.

2. Downloads the files with download_box_private.py: by folder ID when known, otherwise by searching for the repository name. A folder ID found by searching is written to config.yml.

3. Unpacks the files with 00_unpack_zip.sh.

4. Creates the manifest with 02_create_manifest.sh.

Usage¶

./automations/60_process_restricted_box.sh [repository_name] [directory] [tag]

• repository_name - Numeric part of the aearep-NNNN repository name; only used when searching by name.

• directory - Download directory (default: restricted).

• tag - Suffix for the manifest files (default: the directory name).
