Description¶
Computes the size of the downloaded deposit and writes it, in MB, to the Jira issue’s “Deposit size” field, overwriting any earlier value. The work is done by tools/jira_update_deposit_size.py. It must run before the deposit ZIP is moved away (for example into cache/), so that the tool can still see it.
The Jira ticket is taken from $jiraticket, then config.yml, then looked up from an openICPSR directory.
Usage¶
./automations/27_update_jira_deposit_size.sh <project-dir>The exit code is that of the Python tool; the pipelines append || true.
